English: Cassis Cup

One of the best things about living down here in SE France (appart from the Mounains, food, wine, women etc...) is that we can head just a few hours South, to the Mediteranean coast, where the normal rules of "Spring, Summer, Autumn, Winter" don't apply. Hence geting sunburn in March.

Hence also he French XC seasons opening and closing events, the finale at Roc d'Azur you'll have heard of. The Cassis Cup you might no be so familiar with. For this is where we were this weekend, riding bikes, drinking Pastis and getting burnt lobster red.



A great time was had by all (for most of the time, I wasn't having so much fun limping round the 35km in numptyeenth place... the shame...) and season 2006 is now officially GO!
